Dr Ashish Shetty completed his postgraduate training at the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (KLE University) and obtained his DNB in Anaesthesiology from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences. Pursuing his special interest in transplant anaesthesia, he underwent advanced fellowship training in Transplant Anaesthesia and Critical Care at Medanta – The Medicity, Gurgaon, one of India’s leading transplant centres. He also holds the Fellowship in Liver Transplant Anaesthesia (FLTA) from the Indian College of Anaesthesiologists.
With over 14 years of experience in transplant anaesthesia, Dr Ashish has worked with leading institutions including Manipal Hospitals, Medanta, and Gleneagles BGS Hospitals. He has extensive expertise in managing complex and high-risk surgical procedures, particularly in transplant and hepatobiliary surgeries.
