Ms. Kavitha Dutt has been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since February 9, 2019.
With over 23 years of experience, she has played a key role in various aspects of management, including strategy, new projects, finance, and human resource management.
She holds a Business Management (BBA) degree specializing in International Business from Cedar Crest College, Pennsylvania, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from New York University (NYU).
Ms. Dutt currently serves as the Vice President of the World Telugu Federation (WTF) and is an Executive Committee Member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Andhra Chamber of Commerce.
She also holds the esteemed position of Honorary Consul General of Vietnam in Chennai.
