Biliary disease:
Bile duct stones: Endoscopic removal of large, hard, difficult to remove stone using Spyglass and Electrohydraulic lithotripsy.
Bile duct strictures: Endoscopic management of bile duct narrowing due to conditions boil post gallbladder surgery, pancreatitis, portal biliopathy etc., causing obstruction to the flow of oils and jaundice. These are managed by endoscopic treatment by placing multiple plastic stents and/ or by placing retrievable metal stents.
