Dr. Lalit Chandra Kummetha is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist with 7 years of clinical experience. He holds an MBBS and MD in General Medicine from MAMC, New Delhi, and a DM in Gastroenterology and Hepatology from G.I.P.M.E.R., New Delhi.
His areas of expertise include advanced therapeutic GI endoscopy, ERCP, pancreatobiliary disorders, EUS and EUS-guided interventions, third-space endoscopy including POEM, and advanced upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy. He also has a clinical interest in gastrointestinal malignancies involving the oesophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, colorectum, liver, biliary tract and pancreas, as well as neuroendocrine tumours.
Dr. Kummetha is also experienced in managing acute and chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic malignancies, and hepatology-related conditions. He speaks English, Hindi, Telugu and French.
