I am Rajesh form Hyderabad, migrated to Mysuru with family in the year of 2019 May. We were enjoying the vegetation of Mysuru but at the same time our child (2-year-old) was not able to adapt the climatical change and facing running nose and sneezing regularly (specially when he wakes up at any time). Initially we assumed it’s a normal cold and consulted with many Pediatricians and was getting the medicines like Montair LC kids, Cetirizine, Sinarest syrup & Cepodem-x antibiotic that are very common for treating a child. Almost all Pediatricians recommend the same but the cold continued for 2 years that was really a bad experience for whole family. But things got changed when he got cold, cough & fever in 2021 November and we consulted with Dr. Sripathi Adhikari in Apollo Hospital Mysuru. He diagnosed our boy with Zrycold syrup and Crocin Syrup and my boy got curd. After which we addressed the long term cold and cough issue, he prescribed Flu vaccine that didn’t show the expected result so he immediately analyzed the root cause of the issue and addressed that it’s not a Cold or Cough issue rather it’s a dust allergy (allergic rhinitis) and prescribed for Nasal spray that should be used for a month. We followed the prescription and find our boy had recovered and barely sneezed during the course. We are very thankful to Dr. Sripathi Adhikari for treating our boy with his experience and blessing us with exact solutions that was unknown for years. I highly recommend Dr. Sripathi Adhikari as your first level diagnosis Doctor to your kids/children if they are suffering from long term cold and cough.
