Dr. Vimalakar Reddy Eppa is a distinguished Surgical Gastroenterologist with over two decades of experience in advanced gastrointestinal care. His expertise spans minimally invasive and robotic surgeries, bariatric procedures, hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery, and liver transplantation. He is currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Renowned both nationally and internationally, Dr. Vimalakar Reddy has played a pivotal role in advancing laparoscopic and robotic techniques in gastrointestinal surgery. His key areas of interest include gastrointestinal oncology, liver transplantation, pancreatic surgery, bariatric and metabolic surgery, as well as complex hepatobiliary procedures.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), USA, and has received multiple accolades for his excellence in surgery, research, and academic contributions.
