After returning to Mumbai, I was working with SRCC Children’s Hospital as Pediatric Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon from 5th March 2018 till 8th August 2022, and am attached to Lilavati Hospital, Bhatia Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital, Saifee Hospital as Consultant Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon.
Completed MBBS from Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai and then was trained in Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre for 6 years DNB Neurosurgery program.
Post training, I was attached to P D Hinduja Hospital as Clinical Associate in Department of Neurosurgery.
I spent 7 months in Rajkot at a high flow centre for hands on surgeries and gained extensive experience in independent surgeries of brain and spine.
I underwent multiple short-term fellowships in Japan, Taiwan and South Korea in minimal invasive and endoscopic spine surgery.
Currently I am operating spine using minimally invasive techniques and endosopic surgeries (MISS) in awake patients as well. This state-of-the-art concept is highly acceptable to patients and is standard of care in many countries already. Apart from this, I am doing routine cranial neurosurgery and spine surgery along with pediatric neurosurgery.
I have gained experience of more than 7500 routine and complex neurosurgical cases over 11 years of training and independent practice.
