  • Co-owned and scaled a super-specialty eye hospital from inception
  • Oversaw an OPD of about 30 cases/day and surgical schedules of about 12-15 cases per week
  • Started a Contact Lens Clinic including specialty lenses like Kerasoft and Orthokeratology
  • Established a Myopia Control Clinic to monitor the progression of myopia and offer a variety of control measures including spectacles, contact lenses and low dose atropine therapy
