About Dr Sujay Saxena

Dr Sujay Saxena is a highly accomplished Radiologist with extensive experience in diagnostic imaging, medical education, and clinical research. He completed his M.D. in Radiodiagnosis from Dr Vasantrao Pawar Medical College, Nashik, under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, following his M.B.B.S. from K. J. Somaiya Medical College, Mumbai. During his postgraduate training, he gained comprehensive exposure to advanced imaging modalities including MRI, CT, ultrasound, Doppler studies, and interventional radiology procedures. He also served on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing significantly to patient care and diagnostic services.

After working as a Consultant Radiologist at Krsnaa Diagnostics, M.Y. Hospital, Indore, Dr Saxena transitioned into academic medicine and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiodiagnosis at Sri Aurobindo Medical College & Postgraduate Institute, Indore. In parallel, he practices as a Senior Consultant Radiologist at Bhandari Hospital and Research Centre, Indore. His clinical expertise spans neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, vascular imaging, CT angiography, MRI, and advanced diagnostic radiology. He is recognized for his commitment to evidence-based practice, teaching, and mentoring future radiologists.

Dr Saxena has an impressive academic and research portfolio, including multiple peer-reviewed publications in national journals and presentations at prestigious radiology conferences. His dissertation focused on the role of MRI and MR spectroscopy in evaluating intracranial ring-enhancing lesions. He has received several accolades, including the First Prize for Best Poster Presentation at IMAGICON 2017, and has actively contributed to national conferences such as Sono Summit 2022.
